RESOLUTION No. 21- -cc
MTHEREAS, the following Grant County fund does not have an adequate level of budget
for the following expenses:
Sheriffs Office Fund #121, Department #115 in the amount of $75,521.12 to purchase
qty. 55 -14" Panasonic Toughbook computers for their vehicles,
V44EREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated whenpreparing
the 2021 budget; and
VffIEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WBEREAS, on the 15th day of November 2021 at 3:00 p.m., a public teras as held
in the Grant County Commissioners" Hearing Room.
NOW� THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ®F GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $75,521.12 to be allocated to the 2021 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
