Although in a letter dated February 16, 2021, the Commissioners informed QVMC that they will decrease the $4 million dollar cap by $500,000.00 per year, until a zero balance is reached, the Board voted today to reduce the cap to $2 million dollars (effective January 1, 2022). This was communicated to Mr. Zolman via Commissioner Carter, and was received positively. Please continue to work with County Treasurer Darryl Pheasant regarding any warrant issues.
