The Grant County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) previouslsubmitted a request st to
approve the recommended grants for 2022 in the amount of $746,000.00. On Tuesday,
December 7, 2021, the County Commissioners approved said request as submitted.
However, after discovering the potential of a compromised LTAC, it was sent to the Prosecutor's
Office for recommendation. Grant County Civil Attorney, Kevin McCrae advised

commissioners office to rescind the approval, organize a compliant LTAC and reconsider the
grant applications that were previously submitted.
The LTAC requests you rescind the previous request, approved December 7 2021 appoint p pp nt a
compliant LTAC and have them re -consider said applications.
