Ednetics One TM - Compute, Network and Protect
Contract No. EO-WAGRCO-02012019-1
This Amendment confirms your request to renew your Ednetics One TM Support Contract
EO-WAGRCO-02012019-1 ("Agreement"), for a one (1) year term at the annual rate
identified within the Agreement, which is also included below. **Customer acknowledges
there has been an increase in the On -Site Hourly Support Rate from $150.00 per- hour to
$205.00 per hour for the remainder of the contract term. This Amendment, when
executed by Grant County will become a part of the Agreement by reference. The Terms
and Conditions in the Agreement will remain in place until the end of the renewal one (1)
year term, which is February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023. At the end of this first renewal
term, you may renew for up to two (2) additional one (1)year terms by notifying Ednetics
a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration date of the Agreement, or you
may request a new contract. Grant County agrees to be bound by this Amendment and
affirms they have caused this Amendment to be executed by their duly authorized
representative on the date written below.
