McAtee Development Agreement Adoption

The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the approval of a Development
Agreement between McAtee, LLC and Grant County to allow the construction of a road meeting the
adopted Grant County Road standards over and across APN 12-0168-211 also described as Lot 9 of
Green Gable's Plat. The subject parcel is owned and controlled by Grant County. The term of the
agreement is for 15 years.
Damien Hooper, Director of Development Services described the agreement.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to close the public
comment portion of the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter to approve the Development Agreement as
presented. The motion passed unanimously.
