The Corrections staff will be traveling to Las Vegas, NV to attend- Jail and Prisoner Operational and Legal Issues Seminar. The topics to be covered include: - "Consent Decrees and Related Issues" _09 C- "Flying Below the Radar: National Reform Issues Liability Issues: Correctional Tactical Response Teams" - "Gender Dysphoria: Legal Issues" - "Importance of Jail Internal Investigations" - "Responding to Mental Health Incidents" The training is put on by a Nationally Recognized Certified Litigation Specialist. The conference dates are January 24-27, 2022. The travel dates are January 23, 2022 — January 28, 2022. We anticipate flying out of Spokane, Wa on a direct flight to Las Vegas, NV.
