THIS AGREEMENT is written for the responsi bl i ti es of maintenance of Valley
Road and Paxton Drive detailing the verbal agreements the City of Moses Lake
and Grant County have been using.
The City of Moses Lake agrees to:
1. Maintain the full -width travel roadway section by grading and graveling
Paxton Drive from Valley Road Northerly to end. .
2. Maintain the full -width travel roadway .of Valley Road between Paxton
Drive and Crestview Drive by patching, paint striping, street cleaning,
and maintaining the traffic signal (flashing light) at the intersection
of Valley Road and Airway Drive,
3. The City will perform snow and ice control as needed on Paxton Drive
and Valley Road between Paxton Drive and Crestview Drive,
Grant County agrees to:
1. Maintain that full -width portion of the travel roadway of Valley Road
within the city limits lying west of Crestview Drive by patching,
maintaining shoulders, paint striping and snow and ice control as needed.
The City of Moses Lake and Grant County enter into this agreement this
day of 0 C-1--1 51 198(o with the understanding that either the
City or the County may by written letter cancel and void this agreement within
15 days notice at any time.
