Per the 2022 Capital budget,you approved an upgrade to Barn 44 and 45 to include graveling
all the stalls and instilling stall mats. You have already approved the purchase of the stall mats.
I solicited bids through the M- RSC roster as gall as to several local contractors and received two
bids back, One from Stan's Construction for $7`8,986 and one from JM Pacific for $79,202,40.
The approved budget for this project is $135,000 for budget code 132..178,00,9116.,594756210,
