WHE REI AS, The Grant County Sheriff s Office owns a Glock 22,40 Caliber pistol (SN:
VSL749, Asset ID# 105184); and
WHEREAS, The Sheriff s Office has determined that this device is no longer needed by their
office; and
WHERE AS, The Sheriff s Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus this pistol with the intent to sell it to Old World Trading Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERE' BY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus a Glock 22 Pistol to sell to Old World Trading Company.
