RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RE, SOLUTION No. 18- 099 -cc
GRANT COUNTY SIFIERIFF'S OFFICE
BALLISTIC VESTS
WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriffs Office has 73 Ballistic Vests in their possession; and
WHEREAS, they have determined that these vests are no longer usable and unable to be issued
for service; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriffs Office is requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners
declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, once surplused, these vests will be property destroyed and disposed of.
NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT HERE' BY RESOLVE, D THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of Ballistic Vests.
