The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. I. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services, during August, 2018 on Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract in the amount of $1,601.25. (Approved) 3. Reimbursement Request #14 on Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated Homeless Grant, (CHG) No. 17-46108-10, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of $31,,217.68. Resolution No. 18 -085 -CC in the matter of increasing their Solid Waste Management Revolving Cash fund for Solid Waste (401.111.70) As follows: (Approved) a. Ephrata Landfill Cash Box from $400.00 to $700.00 b. Ephrata Landfill Cash Box from $600.00 to 900.00 (weekend attendant) 2:30 p.m. — 2:50 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 10) A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve items 1 through 10 on the agenda as presented. (Approved) AUDITOR'S OFFICE —ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT 4. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of $680,121.71) HUMAN RESOURCES 5. Personnel Action Request (PAR) for the salary, wage and/or name change for James McKiernan, Fairgrounds. (Approved) CENTRAL SERVICES 6. Request for out of state travel for Tom Gaines, Pete Wyatt, Jim McKiernan, and 1 other employee (TBD) to attend the Facility Dude University Maintenance training from May 4-8, 2019 in Raleigh, NC. (Approved) GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES 7. Request for an Interfund Loan between Grant Integrated Services to Directions in Community Living (Fund 125) for the amount of $124,000.00 for repayment to the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Aging and Disability Services due to under- utilized ISS hours. (Approved,, Resolution No. 18 -086 -CC) 8. Request for out of state travel for Leiza Tobin to attend the Relias Learning Annual Conference from October 1— 5, 2018 in Raleigh, NC. (Approved) 9. Request for Proclamation declaring September 2018 as Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. (Approved) 10. Request approval of a process to pay for performing background checks and credentialing to the Department of Health and Department of Licensing. Either use their existing checking account or open an additional account. (The Commissioners approved the request and authorized accounting to establish a new Petty Cash Revolving Fund. This fund is titled "PC Revolving Fund -DOH/DOL" (108-111.78) in the amount of $2.,500.00 to be used as a flexible account for incidental expenses to external agencies.
