RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS SIX RESOLUTION No. 18- V 93 -CC
(6) CASES OF BACKUP TAPE DRIVES TO
SELL ON EBAY
WHEREAS, The Grant County Technology Services Department has six (6) cases of Sony LT06
backup tape drives; and
WHEREAS, Technology Services has determined that these are of no use to their department
and can be sold; and
WHEREAS, Technology Services is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare
surplus these backup tape drives; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of Technology Services to sell the attached items on eBay. All funds
will be returned back to the County Fund in which these items were purchased;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare these items surplus and sold on eBay.
