RESOLUTION ,LLNOTICEOrHEARING RESOLUTION No. 18 - -CC
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention
to declare certain County -owned property surplus and dispose of same at public auction, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Public Works to sell surplus property at public auction through
the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services

WHEREAS, the following listing of equipment, and merchandise from participating County agencies
will be considered for sale: see ATTACHMENT A
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Hearing Room of the
Board of County Commissioners at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2:00 P.M. on
August 21, 2018 and anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear and be heard.
