The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Amendment to Consolidated Homeless Grant Sub recipient Agreement July 2018, between Grant County and the Housing Authority of Grant County, for services under the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 17-46108-10. (Approved) 3. Grant County Reimbursement No. 7 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 17-62210-005 for the period June 1- June 30, 2018, with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington in the amount of $28,710.42. This is the final payment request on the grant. (Approved) 4. Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Contract Closeout Report on Public Services Grant Contract #17-62210-005. Request to purchase propane for Ephrata, Royal City and Quincy, Keep -Full Service and Leased Dispenser, from AmeriGas through Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract, No. 01709. The effective date for this contract will be August 1, 2018. (Approved) 2. Request authorization to install electrical wiring and emergency shut-off switch for the propane dispenser listed in item 1 above for the Royal City Shop in an amount up to the estimated quote of $4,500.00, from Segalini Electric LLC.
