RESOLUTION No. 18- 068 -CC
WHEREAS, the Grant County Central Services Fund #126; Department #168 does not
have an adequate level of budget appropriation to make the following expenditures:
• Quality Paving change order for the repairs of parking lot "C" and "G",,
• Cooling valve replacement in the air handling unit at the Law and Justice Bldg.;
• Micro processing control board for the chiller at the Law and Justice Bldg.
WHEREAS, these additional budget expenditures were not anticipated when preparing
the 2018 budget; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 36.40.140 a public hearing, must be held to
authorize additional budget appropriations.
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of July, 2018 at 8:45 a.m., a public hearing was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Hearing Room.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that a
budget appropriation in the total amount of $22,049.45 to be allocated to the 2018 budget
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
