RESOLUTION MODIFYING COUNTY RESOLUTION No. 18- f)-6-7 -CC
ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP
NO. 18-03
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 18 -021 -CC was adopted on 30 January 2018 to initiate CRP
18-03 for Lower Crab Creels Road State Road Log No. 11130 from milepost 0.00 to milepost
2.50 to be improved as follows:
This project will consist of earthwork, drainage, new BST surface, traffic control and
other items. This project will start at road E -SW and continue east to milepost 2.50.
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer has determined that there is a need to amend the
improved area from MP 0.00 to 3.08; and
WHEREAS, This projec is eclare to be���ic necessity andthe County Road
Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners amend existing CRP 18-03 from MP 0.00 to 2.50 to a new terminus of MP
3.08.
