The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract Amendment, (Employment and Day) No. 1763-98186, Amendment No. 2, between Grant County, by and through its Grant Integrated Services department and DSHS' Developmental Disabilities Ad m-in-i-stration—Divisian of-Dovelop-mental-Dimbilitie�Fur ing increase is in the amount of $814,873,00 with a term of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. (Approved) 3. Subrecipient Agreement for Community Development Blocl< Grant (CDBG) Public Services between Grant County and the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington (on Grant County's grant agreement with the Washington State Department of Commerce, No. 18- 62210-005). (Approved) 4. Amendment B to Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant No. 17-46108-10 with Grant County and administered through the Grant County Housing Authority. The amendment amount is $63,261 for a new grand total of $841,492. (Approved) 5, Washington State Department of Commerce, Community Services and Housing Division, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy SFY2019 Training Bank Grant Program, Grant Contract No. F17- 31219-904, with Grant County, by and through New Hope Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Services. Grant is for $5,000 with a term of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. (Approved) 6. Request for release of funds on SIP 2016-03, Port of Coulee City (GC Port District No. 4), Coulee City Clinic Building in the amount of $86,958.92 to the Port of Coulee City and $2,173.97 to the Grant County Economic Development Council for its 2.5% Admin Fee. (Approved) 7. Repeal and replace the Gorge Amphitheater Alcohol Operating Plan, May 2018 between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and Legends Music, LLC and Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. previously approved on May 21, 2018. The agreement is being amended due to State mandated requirements. Term is May 21, 2018 through December 31, 2018. A new terminus of Milepost 3.08 is being proposed (from 2.50).
