RESOLUTION NUMBER 89 -52 -CC
A RESOLUTION .retia ting to the facts requiring an appropriat-ion
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001,OPER.TRANSFER-OUT DEPT.#142
togeth(---,r with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.1-40.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized :for
�or the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 10,000 and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears -that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably :foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO)4-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/fund: CURRENT EXP.FUND #001, OPER. TRANSFER -OUT DEPT.#142
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
June 26,1989 in the Grant County Commissioners' O:ffice,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at -the houl.- of
1:30 p.m.
