IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHIN'
A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD NAMED
GLOYD ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 89 -54 -CC
ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANT COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, at a meeting held on June 6, 1989 did approve a resolution
declaring the Board's intention to establish as a Grant County road, and
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report and did
recommend the establishment of the road, and
WHEREAS, said notice of intent was both published and posted
in accordance with the law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in accordance with said
resolution Tuesday, June 6, 1989 at 10:00 A.M., and at which time no one
appeared in opposition to this establishment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described
road be declared established:
Beginning at the intersection of '10' NE
Road and 'H' NE; thence bearing due West
along the section line 3 miles; thence
Southeasterly 1 mile to SR .17 and terminating.
