A RESOLUTION authorizing an appx•opri.at:ion and expenditure of funds
for the fo]_lowing department/:fund: CURRENT EXP.FUND #001,OPER.TRANS-OUT
DEPT.#142 , together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.1.40.
WHEREAS, it. has been brought 'to the attention of the Board
Of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/i'und, together with a
budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.1.40, Resolution No. 89 -52 -CC
was dul-y adopted on 5/30/89 , and published in the
G.C.JOURNAL ort 6/15&6/22/89 declaring an
emergency and stating the :facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
notice of pub]_i.c hearing, and said publ_:i.c hearing was he-I.d thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY CONIMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the following
department/fund: CURRENT EXP.FUND #001.OPER.TRANS-OUT DEPT.#142
in the total. sum of $ 10,000 according to the attached
budget.
