IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION NO. 89 -64 -CC
VACATING THE PLAT
OF DEER CROSSING RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
NEAR COULEE CITY, COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on June 7, 1989 on the
matter of vacation the plat. of Deer Crossing, located north
of Coulee City, Washington, in a portion of Section 23,
Township 25 N., Range 28 E.W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on June 27,1989
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission
and does, by this Resolution vacate the final plat of Deer
Crossing recorded August 24, 1987 under Auditor's File No.
805167 including the road known as 38.8 N.E. further described
as follows:
The South one half, N.E. 1/4, N.W. 1/4 of
said Section 23, Township 25 N., Range 28
E.W.M.
