RESOLUTION NO. 89 -71 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a new fund/department
to be named ADMISSIONS TAX FUND #125 DEPARTMENT #167 FOR THE PURPOSES OF
RESOLUTION 89 -69 -CC, ORDINANCE 89 -69 -CC
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of
Grant County Commissioners that a new fund/department should be
established as set forth hereinabove; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund/department may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county
budget laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the following
fund/department is hereby created and established: ADMISSIONS
TAX FUND #125, DEPARTMENT #167 ,
and the Grant County Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are herel5y
directed to establish said fund/department in their respective
offices.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately.
