GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMI3ER 89 -70 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the :facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND X1001, SUPERIOR COURT DEPTJ103 ,
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the F3oard
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure o.f'funds should be authorized Tor the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 30000 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen.
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that: an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds should be authorized for the following
department:/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001,SUPERIOR COURT DEPTJ103 ,
together with a budget therefor
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
August 15,1989 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1.30 p.m.
