NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION
OF CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS
RESOLUTION NO. 89 -75 --CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington,
has determined that consideration should be given to vacating certain portions of
unused County roads described as follows:
A tract of land lying in.Section 19, Township 19 North,
Range 28 East, W.M. more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 19;
thence South 89°17'30" East along the North line of
Section 19 a distance of 2834.31 feet; thence South
12°50'08" East a distance of 30.87 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 12°50'08"
East a distance of 575.28 feet; thence to the easterly
right of way line of existing Westshore Drive; thence
South 33°09'11" East along said right of way line a
distance of 172.80 feet; thence North 12050108" West
a distance of 722.88 feet; thence North 89°17'30" West
a distance of 61.72 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.89 acres.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Office
of the Board of County Commissioners, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington
at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 29, 1.989.
