RESOLUTION NUMBER
89 -77 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and c}xpenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001, SUPERIOR
COURT DEPT.# 103 ,together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant: to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought 'to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/:fund, together with a
budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant, to RCW 36.40.1.40, Resolution No -89 -70 -CC
was duly adopted on 7/24/89 , and published in the
G.C.Journal on 8/3&8/10/89 -declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
no#:i.ce Of publ:i.c hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where :interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED I3Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASIIINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the following
department/fund: ('.LIRRRN`T EXPENSE FUND #001_S.UPERIOR COURT DEPT.#103
in the total Sun] of S 30-000 accox-ding to the attached
budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
