RESOLUTION NO. $9 -84 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on August 2, 1989 on the
matter of changing the zoning from "O -SR (Open Space Recreation)"
to "C-R (Recreation Commercial)" in a portion of Section,34,
Township 25 N., Range 28 E.W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on August 22 , 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission
and does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive
Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect
that the following described property shall henceforth be zoned
as "C-R (Recreation Commercial)"
All of Lots 19 - 36 of Block 25, Lots 13 - 23, 30 - 36
of Block 26, Lots 7 - 14, 37 - 42 of Block 27, and Lots 1 - 6,
35 - 37 of Block 28 in the unrecorded Hollywood Manor plat
located in a portion of said Section 34, Township 25 N.,
range 28 E.W.M.
