NUMBER . 89 -82 -CC A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001,OPERATING TRANSFERS -OUT DEPT. #142 , together with a budget there- fore, pursuant to RCW 30.40.140. WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board. of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions require that an appropriation and expenditure of fund; be auth- orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor; and WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 30.40.140, Resolution No. 89 -72 -CC was duly adopted on 7/31/89 , and published in the G C Journal on 8/10&8/17/89 declaring an emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOI_,VED BY THE I30ARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the following department /fund : CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001,0PERATING TRANSFERS -OUT DEPT. X1142 in the total_ sum of $ 5,346 according to the attached budget. This resolution is in the best interests of good government and shall_ take effect immediately upon its passage.
