Resolution no. 89 -78 -CC
WHEREAS ROBERT BENDICKSON, M.S. is no longer an employee
of Grant County Mental Health and Family Service Center;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that the above named employee is no longer
designated to provide the services of a Designated Mental Health
Professional in RCW Chapter 71.05, effective this 18th day
of August, 1989.
