The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Amendment No. 1 to the Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Agreement No. 1763-88828, County Program Agreement, Long -Term Payable, Grant County, by and through its Grant Integrated Services Department. The amendment extends the agreement end date: July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. (Approved) 3. Change Order #1 in the amount of $8,100.00 for Central Services Department (Project #CSD1707) contract with Quality Paving for the repair of Parking Lots "C" and "G. Attorney's Office Update 1:30 p.m. — 2:20 p.m. J Tincher, Public Works Update (Items 1 through 4) A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve items 1 through 4 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Request to purchase two (2) -one (1) ton Boss V -XT Steel Snow Plows including installation for the amount of $16,035.00 not including sales tax, from Northend Truck Equipment, Inc. through Department of Enterprise (DES) contract #01117. 2. Resolution No. 18 -054 -CC to Initiate County Road Project Designated as CRP No. 18-10 for the B -SE Bridge Project to remove two (2) existing 36" corrugated metal pipes that are failing and install a new pre -fabricated concrete slab bridge and other associated work. Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement LA 9394 for centerline and shoulder rumble strips to be installed and other associated work on various roads throughout the County. (Approved) 4. Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement LA 9395 for Horizontal Curve Signs Phase #3 to be installed and other associated work on various roads throughout the County. (Approved) 2:30 p.m. —2:50 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 10) A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve items 1 through 6 and 8 through 10 on the agenda as presented. Item 7 was approved with amendments. The motion passed unanimously. COMMISSIONERS OFFICE 1. Commissioner's Office and Public Defense Vouchers. (Approved) 2. Held from the May 22, 2018 Consent Agenda: Commissioners April 23, 2018 Minutes for approval. (Approved) 3. On May 22, 2018, the Commissioners reorganized the Board of Equalization from a 5 member board to a 3 member board. One member, Rod Davis, was removed from the board and Richard Pulls was moved from a full-time board member to an alternate board member position. (Approved) JUVENILE COURT AND YOUTH SERVICES 4. Request for transfer of funds in the amount of $50,055.12 from their utility services, service maintenance contracts, and RiteTrack Case Management software maintenance Funds #001.117 to the Central Services Department Funds #001.112 and #501.179 as they will be handling these services from this day forward. (Approved) GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES 5. Out of state travel request for Carrie Redding to attend the Northwest Institute of Addictions Studies from July 17 — 20, 2018in Portland, OR. (Approved) 6. Out of state travel request for Gail Goodwin to attend the 2018 Open Minds Management Best Practices Institute training from August 14—August 17, 2018 in Long Beach, CA. (Approved) FAIRGROUNDS Request approval to offer discounted Fair Admission Tickets as a 2 day sale on July 4 and 5, 2018 online only using Saffiretix from their website. Being proposed is: (Approved as amended below) a. Adult Single Day Admission: Standard price $8 / Sale price $4-$6.00 b. Budget extension request in the total amount of $22,049.45 from Current Expense funds for the repair of parking lots C and D; cooling valve replacement for air handling unit #4 in the Law and Justice Building; and a new micro processing control board for the chiller in the Law and Justice Building. (Approved, the public hearing has been scheduled for July 10, 2018 at 8:45 a.m.) AUDITOR'S OFFICE —ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of $392,638.35) CLERK'S OFFICE 10. Request for approval on Ordinance No. 18 -055 -CC adding Ch. 3.84 to the Grant County Code titled "Electronic Access to Superior Court Records and Images" which allows registration and fee collection for electronic access to Superior Court Records and Images, using Odyssey Portal. (Approved) 3:00 p.m. — 3:30 p.m. R Stevens, Finance Committee Meeting MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant County Public Works Payroll Salary Fund for the May 25, 2018 payroll. The Commissioners wrote a letter of support to the U.S. Department of Transportation for the Washington State Department of Transportation's 2018 CRISI grant application for the Washington State Rural Rail Rehabilitation project.
