WHEREAS, it has been brought -to the attention of the Beard
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
weilt:i.oned department/:fund, together with a budget therefor, in
t:he e.st:i.ma.ted amount, of $ 12,000 and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current; budget of Grant Country, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that: the
(?Xpendi.ture of such J.,unds Gould not: have been reasonably foreseen
,l t; the time of making said country budget;;
NOW, THEREFORE , 13I, 11' RESOLVED BY THI: BOARD OI' COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department /:fund: DATA PROCESSING FUND #501, DEPT. x'17.79
together with a budget therefor.
13Is 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a. public hearing; upon
such expenditure shall. be given, said hearing to be held on
_ October 31,1989 :in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
C"Xrant County Courthouse, F,phrat.a, Washington, at the hour of
1:30 p.m.
