GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 89-100 -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County has been informed that the Grant
County P.U.D. projects a general rate increase of 12%, and
WHEREAS, Grant County presently levies a flat rate
of $6.00 per lot which could not cover the costs of the
Grant County PUD increase, and
WHEREAS, if Grant County were to increase the levy to
$7.00 per lot the increase by the PUD would be covered,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED,that Grant County
does increase the levy rate to S7.00 per lot in Road Improve-
ment District No. 1 of Grant County for the Construction,
Installation, Operation and Maintenance of a road lighting
system.
