BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of GRANT County, Washington.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as CRP NO. 89-16
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Patton Blvd. Road, State Road Log No. 45270
from Milepoint 0.00 to Milepoint 1.01 be improved as follows:
Reconstruction of the existing roadway including excavation, embankment, pavement
removal, crushed surfacing base and top course, grading, drainage, cement concrete
curb and gutter, cement concrete pedestrian bike path, storm drainage (dry wells),
asphalt concrete pavement. The finished roadway will be 48 feet to provide 4
traffic lanes and 58 feet at intersections.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the county road engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to
report and proceed thereon as bylaw provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070) (Optional References).
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the county
engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
