BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of GRANT County, Washington.
In the matter of initiating a county road project designated as CRP NO. 89-17
IT IS HEREBY RESOLED THAT the Frey Rd./8th Avenue Road, State Road Log No. 34050
from Milepoint U U. 17 to Milepoint 0.85 be improved as follows:
Reconstruction will consist of roadway excavation, embankment, widening, pavement
removal, construction of crushed surfacing base and top course, asphalt concrete
pavement, curb & gutters, sidewalk and storm drainage. Finished width will be
58 feet on Frey Road and 48 feet on 8th Ave.
This.project is hereby declared to be.a public necessity and the county road engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided: *(RCW 36:75.030, 36.80.030, 36.80.070) (Opttond References).
IT IS FU RTH ER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the county
engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
