GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 89 -102 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/:fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001, TREASURER'S DEPT.#106
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emerg(�,ney; and
setting a. public hearing date; all. pursuant .to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of 'the Board
Of County Commissioners of Grant County that: an appropriation
anti expenditure of :funds should be authorised :for the above-
mentJoned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ $7,500 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now r.equi.re that such :funds be expended; and
i9HERI,AS , it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such :funds could not have been reasonably foreseen

BE IT RESOLVED

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
_ November. 7,1989 in the Grant Courtly Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1.30 p.m.
