RESOLUTION N0. 89 -108 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on July 5, 1989, and
continued to September 6, 1989, on the matter of changing
the zoning from "A (Agriculture)" to "R-1 (Residential)" and
"C-R (Recreation Commercial)" in a portion of Section 31,
Township 19 N., Range 29; E.W.M, and;
WHEREAS, THE Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation has given notice this mat.t.er would be
considered at their regular meeting on Oct.ober 16, 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant. County, Washington, does hereby
acceptand adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning
Commission and does, by this Resolution amend the Grant. County
Comprehensive Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant. County
to the effect thatthe following described property shall be
zoned as "C-R (Recreation Commercial)" and 11R-1 (Residential)"
Farm Units 13, 14, and 19, Block 421, Columbia
Basin Irrigation Project and that portion of the
N.W. 1/4, of Section 31, Township 19 N., Range
29 E.W.M. lying south of I-90
