GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 89_111 -CC
A R]'SOLUTION relating to the facts requi-ring an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds for the following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001 SHERIFF DEPARTMENT #114
to.flier w:i_th a budget; therefor; dec.lari.ng an emergency; and
got t:.Aig a, public hearing date; a.11 pursuant; to RCW 3%.40. 140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized :for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of S 5,700 and
WHEREAS, expencliture of such :funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent: conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the 'time of making said count=y budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized :for the following
