RESOLU'T'ION NUIMBER 89 -115 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds for the following department/fund:
EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND #102,DEPARTMENT #144 ,
together with a budget; therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public: hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.1_40.
WHERI3AS , it has been brought to the a.ttent:i.on of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
ment-ioned department/:fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 564 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included -in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions,
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that; an emergency exists and ghat the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at t -he time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED I3Y THE 130ARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds should be authorized. for the following
department/:fund: EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND #102,DEPARTMENT #144 ,
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that: notice of a public hearing.upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
December 12,1989 - in the Grant; County Commissioners' Off ice,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1:30 p.m.
