RESOLUTION NUMBER
89 -121 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the :facts :requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department,/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001, COURTHOUSE FACILITIES DEPT.#112
together with a budget -therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public; hearing date; all pursuant: to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
Of Courlty Commissioners of Grant County t:hat an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned
bove-
ment:ioned department / :f:'und, together with a budget: therefor, in
Che estimated amount ol- $ 9,700 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure Of such funds wa.s not included in the
c.uvrent. budget of Grant-. County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
lVIiEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expend:i..ture of such funds could not; have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget:;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVIID

13E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that; notice of a public: hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
December 27,1989 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at: -the hour of
11:00 a.m.
