Week of April 19,1993
The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by
Chairman Helen Fancher. All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk
of the Board.
The Commissioners approved the minutes of the preceding session as written.
The Commissioners signed the Request for Transfer of funds in the Superior Court
Budget in the amount of $9,400.
Chairman Fancher was authorized to sign the Liquor License approval of Royal
T. Farms.
The Commissioners received a fully executed copy of Contract Number 2715-
85090(3) with Department of Social and Health Services.
The Commissioners signed an agreement with Menke and Jackson Law Firm for
work as a Special Attorney.
The Commissioners received the resignation of Ralph Beck as a Fire
Commissioner to Grant County Fire District #7.
As there was no further business the session was continued until April 20,1993
at 9:00 a.m.

The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in
attendance with the Clerk of the Board.
The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding 10:00 AM. bid
opening on Sagebrush Flats and '19' NE Road projects, RID Resolution -Marine View
Area, Cost Share Project -'G' SW, Railroad Crossing'N' NE, Longview School Request.
The Commissioners held a bid opening on Sagebrush Flats and '19 NE/NW
Roads. A motion was made by Commissioner Winzler, seconded by Commissioner
Snead that the bids be referred to Public Works for the review and recommendations.
The motion carried.
A motion was made by Commissioner Winzler, seconded by Commissioner Snead
that Resolution Number 93 -26 -CC in the matter of Grant County Road Improvement
District No. 93-3 for Marine View and Marine View Heights and setting a public hearing
for May 18,1993 at 7:00 p.m. on this matter be passed. The motion carried.
A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Winzler
that Resolution Number 93 -27 -CC in the matter of initiating a county road project
designated as CRP No. 93-15 be passed. The motion carried.
The Commissioners approved the Public Works Director's recommendations that
the bid on Sagebrush Flats and 19 NE/NW Roads, CRP 90-16, and CRP 91-9 be
awarded to the low bidder North Central Construction.
The Commissioners approved the request of Grant County Coroner to send Chief
Deputy, Jerry Jasman to a conference in St. Louis, Missouri with the funds to be taken
from Law and Justice funding in the amount of $1432.75.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those
vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 4/19/93 in the total amount of $166,964.98.
A Public Hearing was held on the Diamond Point Waterfront Paradise Planned Unit
Development and Preliminary Plat proposal. A motion was made by Commissioner
Snead, seconded by Commissioner Winzler that the hearing be continued until May
11,1993 at the request of the developer. The motion carried.
As there was no further business the session was adjourned until April 26,1993.
