(Approved) 4. Amendment A to Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant No. 17-46.1.08-1.0 with Grant: Country and administered through the Grant County Housing Authority. (Approved) 3. Proclamation recognizing the Moses Lake High School Chief's Girls Basketball Team and their 2018 State 4A 3rd Place Title. (Approved) 4. Special occasion liquor license for the Moses Lake Business Association. Their event will be held at the Grant County Fairgrounds/Horse Pavilion, Moses Lake on April 7, 2018. (Approved) 5. New liquor license application for Rivers Edge Convenience LLC, 23572 Sunserra Loop NW, Ste 105, Quincy, WA 98818, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. (Approved) DISTRICT COURT 6. Budget extension request in the amount of $6,135.25 from the Trial Court Improvement fund to purchase speakers, microphones and support equipment for Courtrooms 202, 301 and Moses Lake. These items are needed to work with the BIAMP system (already purchased). (Approved, the public hearing was scheduled for April 30, 2018 at 11:00 am) DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 7. Request to establish a credit card reserve fund in the amount of $500.00 for their US Bank account established for permit applications. (Approved, Resolution No. 18 -039 -CC) AUDITOR'S OFFICE—ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT 8. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved, in the amounts of $422,365.05 and $81,319.03) GRANT INTEGRATED SERVICES 9. Originally signed 2/13/18 as a request to designate the following individuals as County Designated Mental Health Professionals: Cheri Dowse, Anselmo Quesada, Mathew Crawford, Eddie Gonzales, Tracie Hunt, Faviola Camacho, Gus Winters, Juan Padilla, Fabian Gonzales, Velma DeLaRosa, and Mike Lopez. Pursuant to RCW, these individuals are now being titled "Designated Crisis Responders". This change takes effect 4/1/18.
