WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave notice of hearing, of its intention
to surplus and dispose of a 2002 Chevy Astro 'Van owned by New Hope through the Washington
State Department of Enterprise Services

WH REAS,, pursuant to the) notice, conducted a hearing on said proposition on the 13th
day of March, 2018, at the hour. of 2:00 p.m. in the Office of the Board. of County
Comrnissioners in the Grant County Courthouse, Commissioners Hearing Room, Ephrata,
Washington, at which hearing the public was given the right to be heard for or against the
proposition.
NOW, T1[ _RE1 FORE, IIE IT' RESOILVIED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said County -
owned vehicle is not required for County purposes and that the public will benefit by declaring
said vehicle surplus and disposing; of it in a manner consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
