RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 18- -CC
CLOSING OF EXISTING COUNTY
FUND #523
WHEREAS, the closure of Central Services Fund #523 may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws; and
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the Auditor's Office— Accounting Department, to
close this fund and that the funds currently held in Fund #523 be transferred under the Current
Expense Fund #001 titled Central Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the above named fund
be closed and the Grant County Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed
to reflect the closure of said fund in their respective office records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remaining positive balance in this fund,
$10,709.68, be transferred to a project under the Current Expense titled Central Services
Fund #001.
