RESOLUTION TO RESCIND AND RESOLUTION No. 18- b 0-CC
REPLACE RESOLUTION NO. 18-024-CC9
NOTICE OF HEARING FOR VACATING
12.5-SW ROAD AND RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, a Notice of Hearing Resolution No. 18-024-CC contained an incorrect
public hearing date, and a new date was determined to allow enough time to follow RCW
36.87.050, and
WHEREAS this Notice rescinds and replaces 18-024-CC, and
WHEREAS, Grant County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate portions of
certain County road and rights -of -way described as follows:
Legal description: Grant County Road and Rights -of -way, Known as 12.5 SW roadlog
11980 milepost 0.0 to milepost .5, east of Adams Rd, in Section 16 T16N R25EWM, all in
Grant County, and as shown on attached exhibit A, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration
should be given to vacating portions of certain County roads and rights -of -way and directs the
County Road Engineer to prepare a report on the vacation and abandonment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board
of Commissioners set a public hearing on the report and other related matters to be be held in the
Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, located in
the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 1:45 PM, on Tuesday, the 3rd Day of April,
2018.
