IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN RESOLUTION No. 18 - Odd '- -CC
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS AND
ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on February 6, 2018 at
10:00 a.m. to surplus and dispose of said property listed:
• Assett# 101451 Bush Hog Mower TDM-11
• Assett# 102636 Bush Hog Mower TD-1500
• Assett# 102704 1981 Mack Dump Truck
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Fairgrounds to sell these items at online public auction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, Washington, finds that the above named items are not required for County purposes and that the
public will benefit by declaring said vehicles and equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner
consistent with RCW 36.34.
