Five County Joint Resolution
RE: In the Matter of the Appointment of Trustee
to the North Central Regional Library '
WHEREAS, Deborah Moore submitted her resignation to represent Grant County on the Board of ,
Trustees of the North Central Regional Library whose term was to end December 31, 2017; and �

WHEREAS,the next seven year term that Grant County is to appoint starts January 1, 2018; �

WHEREAS,the County Commissioners, expressing confidence in the ability and qualifications of i
Kathleen Alistot to represent Granfi Courity ori tfie Board of Trustees of the N�rfih �entral Re�ic�nal �
Library, !

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the County Commissioners appolnt Kathleen Allstot to 'i
fill the unfinished term of Deborah Moore expiring December 31, 2017; and to represent Grant County ;
for the following seven-year term commencing January 1, 2018 on the Board of Trustees of the North '
Central Regional Library comprised of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant and Okanogan Counties with said ;
term to expire December 31, 2024. �
