GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHING CERTAIN RESOLUTION NO. 93 -76 -CC
COUNTY ROADS
ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANT COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, at a meeting held on June 1, 1993 did approve a .resolution declaring the
Board's intention to establish as a Grant County road, and
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report and did
recommend the establishment of the roads, and
WHEREAS, said notice of intent was both published and posted in
accordance with the law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in accordance with said resolution
Tuesday, June 29, 1993 at 10:00 A.M., and at which time no one appeared in opposition
to this establishment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following described roads
be declared established:
