GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 93 -75 -CC
WHEREAS MARY ANN BURKE, M.A. and CHERYL FLOWERS, MSW, qualify as
Designated Mental Health Professionals as defined by WAC 275-55-020 (33)
(b), and RCW 71.05.010 (6) and are employed by Grant County Mental
Health and Family Service Center;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners
that Mary Ann Burke and Cheryl Flowers be designated to provide the
services of a Mental Health Professional as defined in RCW 71.05,
effective this 30th day of June, 1993.
