RESOLUTION NO. 93 -83 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted'on May 5, 1993 on the
matter of changing the zoning from "A (Agriculture)" to "S-A
(Agriculture - Suburban)" in a portion of Section 27, Township
21 N., Range 24 E.W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on July 6, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby
accept and adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning
Commission and does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive plan and Official Zoning Map for Grant County to
the effect that the following described property shall henceforth
be zoned as "S-A (Agriculture - Suburban)"
40 acres in the S.E. 1/4, S.E. 1/4 of Section
27, Township 21 N., Range 24 E.W.M.
