IN THE MATTER OF COUNTY RESOLUTION NO.
SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
NOTICE OF HEARING
93 -90 -CC
WHEREAS, on August 3, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners will
conduct a hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned equipment declared
surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to declare surplus a 1990
Buick Century, VIN #3G4AH54NXLS616717,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in
the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County at the Grant
County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at "10:30 A.M. and anyone either for or
against this proposed auction sale may appear and be heard.
