RESOLUTION N O . 93 -98 -CC
NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, on August 16,1993 . the Board of County
Commissioners will conduct a hearing on its intention to declare
the following described property surplus:
Wood and Metal Matefials ffoM dismantled
Gazebo
and.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell by sealed
bid to the highest bidder for cash all said county owned property
and.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held
in the Office of The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County
at the Grant County Courthouse. Ephrata. Washington at 10:30 AM and
anyone either for or against the proposed declaration of surplus
property may appear and be heard.
